definitely work on those left ears. They're cut off in a weird way which makes them lose the outline when they move. Love the drawing though, and the mouth movement is quite on point! Great work!

Try simplying the mouth shapes during lipsync to avoid the mouths flickering and then not really hitting anything at all. Record yourself saying the line and you'll realise that the mouth moves way less than you think

The animation looks good, but the characters (particularly the small one) need to be more expressive, and the large one simply stays still after the "No!". Also the nervous laughter has no lipsync.
