Love the emotion! the camera was a little too wobbly for the length of the short, try to stabilize it just a bit more. Good work!

the camera angles are distracting. Also the motions are very stiff. If you lessen the camera movement and the stiffness that will help out a lot

The lypsinc in the second line needs a lot of improvement, as does the arms' animation throughout. Also, is this some kind of Jekyll-Hyde situation going on? Because the transition is a bit confusing.
