The lip sync was great up until the cut to the second character. I think you began the "w" lip movement a bit to early when saying "wouldn't be funny at all". I liked the facial expressions for both characters but I felt like the second one was a bit too still in their body movement.
Pretty good but could use some improvement.

I think you need more interesting poses, maybe have a live action reference and make sure you don't only animate individual parts of the character as all movements (even the slight ones) come from the core.

Can't see anything.

Great job with the facial expressions on this scene! You can really tell the hopelessness of the man behind bars. The one thing I think you should tweak is the very beginning of the second man's lip sync. He randomly begins to say O with no voice over and then it fixes itself after about half a second. He should probably just keep his mouth shut until he begins to speak again. Great work!

Character B never moves his body or hands - that could help the shot a lot!

The second character needs the most improvement, both in animation and lipsync. The second is passable, but could use some refinement.
