This looks like it could have actually come out of a kids cartoon! Well done! My only critique is that when the monster springs out of the small pumpkin, the witch character doesn't really react in surprise, which is what I would have done, so it makes the ending of the scene feel a little off. Maybe make him jump back in awe or something along those lines. Great work!

The talking pumpkin needs some improvement on the facial expressions (looks like they're smiling despite the line and context) and the camera angle doesn't help the witch's lipsync.
