Nice shots! However, both characters have one ''dead'' arm in IK being very static. It's especially distracting on the first character as it looks stuck to the table when he laughs. Try moving it a little, and add some life in the fingers.

Some nice movement at the beginning. The second guy's hand gestures are a little too repetitive and linear.

The first character's elbow keeps bouncing off the table and the secon'd laughter isn't visible in the lipsync, but otherwise very good animation.
