The movement of this scene is smooth and really awesome. I'm not a traditional animator myself but know that doing a "camera" turn in 2D hand drawn is really hard and u nailed it!

I loved the camera way you used the camera at the beginning, but I felt like the end was a bit too abrupt in the way the character just kind of...stopped after the "what's happening" and the following movement was really jerky.
