the poses and key drawings look really nice, I feel like the extra gradients and red outlines are actually a bit distracting. For really fast movements, you could also add a little overshoot to prevent things from feeling stiff

Pretty good. When the right character speaks for the first time you could have him react to the left's line as left finishes and turn around instead of doing it as right starts speaking.
