I like the emotion of the different characters. Try to make your characters seem like they are alive even when they aren’t speaking dialog.

Nice start for posing, try to move the body at every motion, and not just the chest or just the arm. The whole body is connected, make it feel like that in your animations.

This isn't bad, but it's held back by how Raphael only does 2 poses throughout the whole animation and spends like 80% of the time on screen breathing. If you re-did this but made it more apparent that Raphael is listening and not just standing there this would be way better.
