Decent! The one talking just pretty much stays in one pose with the exception of her left hand. I would break that up into phases that go along with the dialogue. It's good you're not moving the other character too much.

I think the animation is okay, but the scene feels a bit static and for the lack of a better word, boring.
It would've been cool to have seen more of a story behind this scene rather than a character just reading through her lines word for word. When she asks the other woman if she believes her, it would've been interesting to see some kind of interaction between the two, or some kind of reveal or change within the scene.
