The animation is really good!
A few tiny things to improve. I feel the KNIGHT character looks a bit off balance with his posing. It feels like he would fall over the way he's standing with his sword., so maybe just balance his pose out a bit. Right now I feel he turns his head back too early when she shapeshifts back in front of him so delay that a bit. Right now the guy is also very passive, maybe in the end you can have his pose more shocked. It would add some good contrast to the acting. I'm also not a huge fan of the design of the mouth of the villain: its a bit hard to read at times. Maybe think about redesigning it or making some of the mouth shapes a bit clearer.
The end shapeshifting demon looks great though! Simple but effective!
