I don't know how to rate this, your body animation is solid but when the character's body is still and just the head moves it looks poor.
The head turn from 84 to 88 was way too fast, unless if you were trying to make him glitchy like "The Spot" from spider man, then you should have made him glitch a few more times in the beginning
