What I like about it:
- Great Bird Mechanics (Bird Flapping its wings, pecking at the skeleton)
- Good expressive Body mechanics (Second character being scared and the first character subtle gestures)
- Good storytelling
What I think needs improving:
- The mouth of the first character needs more articulation that matches the dialogue and makes the lip sync more accurate (You can do this by filming yourself or another person reading out the dialogue as reference).

Some of her movements need to hold longer and move faster. 42-60 her arms just floats. I thought 197 was funny when u synced the bird.
Richard Clark
It was a bit confusing to see the skeleton at the desk. I thought it was her at first. Didn't realize that there was another desk next to hers. Maybe instead have a shot where she is getting up to reveal the next desk with the skeleton there.
