I like the body language, although the composition could be better. Also be sure to watch out for some polishes like hiding unnecessary elements. This video has a few helpful tips you can try out:

Also watch out for the elbow clipping into the chair at frame 121-122

I feel as if the animation could add or use proper tuning and principles. You should also add better concepts and designs to give out a lively feel.

Lacks fundamentals. Staging could be better. I would recommend going back to the bouncing ball exercise before jumping into any performance animation.
