Camera angles need a lot of improvement. Watch a few dialogue scenes from movies/tv shows and see how they do cameras. The camera cuts at the very beginning and end are too fast and are jarring. As for the animation itself it looks too floaty, have some snappier switches between poses.

Very mechanical. Camera cuts are not very good. I would recommend going back to the bouncing ball exercise before tackling any performance animation.
