An elderly woman, with a wrinkled face and trembling hands, emotionally confesses a long-hidden secret from her past.

i think the poses are there, but the overall animation needs another pass on the inbetweens and polish of the lip-sync (also color in the arms of the characters as it was difficult to see the hands at times).
I would also suggest maybe try and experiment with different poses as I feel the character goes back to the "beggars hands" (open palm) and pointed fingers too much. It's very commonly seen in cut out animation.
I like the timing of the animation though! Keep at it!

If you're going to do a fill to the animation, make sure viewers see all of it filled and not just the body. It's hard to see the drawing on the black background. If you ran out of time, I would suggest not doing a paint fill but just give the viewer the line animation instead and make sure it's not on a black background unless the lines are lighter/brighter.
