I think the main poses are there but it needs a couple of more passes with the inbetweens so the animation looks less floaty (specially the head) and robotic. Keep at it!

This is a very unique and interesting concept for animation. However I’d argue there needs to be more substance. I’d recommend writing a script, if you weren’t able to improvise on the spot.

Great idea with the old footage concept. However, your fundamentals need serious work. The acting choices are not very interesting. The staging could be more interesting as well.
