Your lip sync is off and needs improvement.

The lip sync needs a lot of work. It doesn't look like his mouth is making the sounds we hear. Also, it is very obvious the hands are in IK the whole time. Try using FK, and only use IK when necessary, i.e. when his hand is touching his neck or another object.

The mouth movement is a little over active, try focusing on the specific sounds that flow. Its more important to make it look right than to make the lips move to every letter that is said. Keep up the good work!
