Lip syncing needs a lot of work. His movements are very floaty, all except for the slap on his knee which feels very out of place. Make sure you're acting it out and taking video reference of yourself.

Animation is very smooth! But no lipsync? Well, there must b a reason. And ofc, timing problem.. too slow. Idk whether it was rendering problem or you purposely slowed it.
