I like the staging and some of the moves, but the guy to the left is not moving at all? What is he doing there? Also the lipsync needs more work.

The main character animation is pretty good, overall, although the top row of teeth certainly are distracting and seem to be getting in the way of your lip sync, which needs a bit of polishing. F95 is a strange one, and noticeable in that transition.
