Bringing the left hand over was a very smart choice, in my opinion - it really brings his whole being into the moment. All of the changes made from your initial concept (although you didn't really have to stray too far) are really good and I hope you are rewarded for your effort! The overall performance and range of emotions are well done. The subtle movements of the shoulders (especially slighting tensing on "ache") are nice.
