Movement was funny in a good way but too random. There is also the hands clipping through the skin on the dog. The big plus is when the character said "Plutonium" that made me laugh. I think with more time this could have worked quite well.

Cool concept, good that constraints are working. Good trying to get body weight properly, but too exaggerated and timing / overlap are off.

Funny idea. Try bring the camera back, as both characters are getting cropped out of frame. and set the majority of action more centered, right now its too heavy on screen right. The animations need work. I get what you are going for on the Doc character, but the movements are not very organic, more like a marionette. Try going more pose to pose and creating arcing movements between those poses as well as appropriately placed holds. In the poses, remember, especially close up, that a little movement in the root can read huge all the way up the body. If you stick closer to your reference footage you will find that organic feel and movement, especially when using arcing movements.
