Id probably lose the stretch on docs head. also if you want to use squash and stretch you have to remember that you cant have one without the other or else you start to lose volume

Like the doc's face, seems worried.

First movements are good, but later movements seem just for movement and distract rather than add.

Audio sounds weird.

Cute story. This is a decent start. Lots of room for improvements. I see alot of attention was paid to secondary action on Marty's antenna but the basic principals of animation are not used on either character. The timing and pacing are very slow and do not match the energy levels of the dialogue. Both characters actions are extremely stiff and need to loosen up. Look for opportunities to use more dynamic poses and stronger silhouettes.
