Well, I think you can draw, but for an animation to be an animation you need more than a drawn still image with a moving mouth on it.. I'd love to see some gestures in there.

Nice lip sync. I would like to see more poses. I would also like to see more happiness instead of robotic look on the last pose where she says, "Exciting".

The mouth seems to be floating. The characters arnt moving at all.
