The movements are messed up

The characters are extremely rigid. The second girl looks like she has an injured neck - it doesn't move.
The arm, wrist and hand movement at the beginning was nice.

There can be a lot more movement with these characters. The movement is very minimal which can be good sometimes, but not here. The lip sync definitely needs to be exaggerated. The second character looks like she's whispering but the audio clearly doesn't suggest so.
