The eyes go crazy near the end, not sure what the control is up to.

Lip sync and movements need work. And when she puts her fist down at "spy", I would pix it so it's touching the table

around frame 123 when her fist nears the table, I get that it doesn't hit the table but the rest of the arm still needs to show force from the movement. Her fist would jolt up a bit, then come back to original position (if you wanted that) and her shoulder would shake.

The lip sync could really be improved for example when she says, "Im just the same boring person I was before."

Overall movement is good. I think the expressions could be a bit more exaggerated to bring out more life. The lip sync could also use more work.
