There is some nice animation but I have trouble tying it into a story. Have something draw attention to the big guy before he starts speaking so we're ready. (Anticipation)

I really like the gestures you are using throughout to bring interest to the scene. My biggest issue was the silhouette of the foreground character in the first shot, It sort of halfway reads and because of that it sort of lose any intent.

The acting is good but would be even better if you fixed the floatiness of the animation, especially on the boy in blue.
