I would suggest that you try to simplify the actions and movements a bit. Right now, he is moving all the time throughout the shot which makes it a bit stressful to look at it, and also hard to see what to focus on. Pick out some few poses and hold them instead - the beginning is nice because it is more calm.
Plus his hat is covering his face way too much.
