Needs a lot of help, but Definitely needs timing help before anything. Cuts are jarring and poses moving are jarring too. Time your actions on paper first, by making drawings/storyboards and timing them out nicely in a video editing program before starting animation! That way it's already done and you can focus on other stuff. Good hustle out there!
