There's a lot going on so ends up feeling very choppy. Also it's hard to understand the motivations for a lot of those movements

The syncing is good, timing seems right. His eyes and head are a little too erratic. Like, who is he talking to? Maybe it's a dream? Frame 247 cut is a bit unnecessary and uncontrolled. I understand quick cuts for emphasis, but one thing I learned in school was that if a camera cut/change doesn't add to the shot, don't do it. You've done so much acting, it would benefit us to see it more.
