Funny premise! It does feel a little bit stiff and I really don't understand that hand motion around frame 90, but the lipsync is good

Cool stuff. The clip does sound like an interview or public speaker, so the motivation seems right. The camera motion is a little off, maybe not necessary? Or maybe change the order, open with the rotaing/still wide shot to see the set and context, then cut to the med shot. The shot-reverse-shot is fine, but it is sort of jarring. Your lip motion is fantastic, but it's a frame or so late. All tightened up this scene could be really nice.
