Very good! Try not to keep the same pose in the first character throughout her performance, she looks frozen. Even if she's talking, add some hand gestures and so on, to give more life to her expressions.

Seems like you could open the jaw up further during vowel sounds, and don't be afraid to break out from your key poses! Everything feels a bit locked-down
your blinks and eye darts look really nice!

Good poses! It just feels like it needs more polish, ie the girl on the left can have some more "keep alive", in frames 46 to 70 she's pretty much frozen. It just feels like they're stuck too much in the same pose without the believability of the motion.
