your simulations could use some tuning, and animation could use polish, but I love your unique approach!

You have fluid animation, but the character on the right of the screen would work better if it's main mouth was moving instead of having a small inner mouth doing the dialogue.

I like it on the character design end, but there isn't much going on for the animation, you could try some lip sync.
