The poses, expressions, and lip sync are great! Characters feel a little squashed into the centre of frame, so put some study into composition. Also keep in mind it's good to move every part of the character for each keypose so you don't have one body part stock still while others are moving, this technique alone will help your characters move more organically. Despite that, your skill with character acting is apparent, I especially love the way the bird throws her head forward on "french"
