Hehe, this is a fun style. Animation is pretty simple but it's a nifty little character study, would love to see these dudes moving around a bit more. Don't be afraid to go a little crazier with the lip-synch, really exaggerate those mouth movements. Decent stuff

I really like the puppet gag! The character designs are great as well! Try working with animating the hair - or perhaps some extra acting with the older woman - maybe her adjusting her glasses? Really nice work here.
