Def needs more frames to smooth out the hand movement (make them move faster and apply followthrough/anticipation if you don't have time to draw lots of frames), lip sync should generally be animated on ones/twos, and get some life drawing practice in so you're more comfortable moving the characters' heads around. Nice work on the hands though, their proportions are in check, and animated blinks are great first step for giving characters life

Flat, doesn't have any dimensionality to it. Try using real life reference for both the movements and to get that dimensionality
