Adjusting the fingers pose would be great. I think the hand pose when she grabs the paper is weird. In the end, she freezes and tries to keep animation alive.

Very nice, but the mouth shapes on dialogue need a little bit of work!

Love the acting for the first woman - I like her attitude! My only critique is working on the facial expressions of the other lady wanting to speak french - her eyebrows especially. Other than that, awesome! Great camera work and staging too!
