I like the Blocking and basics you've been able to build here. But there are a lot of things missing.

Scene set up could use some work. If I were to just take a picture of this and have no audio, it looks more like the woman is scolding the man for something and he's just not caring.

Try to get the posing and the body expressions to work more with the emotions expressed in the audio. The woman needs to look more 'hurt' and 'insecure', in this she just looks 'frustrated' and 'confrontational'. You can have the man in this laying down, but you need to get him to express some level of 'concern' and 'thoughtfulness' rather than being 'carefree' in this.

Be more attentive to hand placement and body movement, and shifting of weight. Overall you seem to have an idea in your head about what you want this to look like, but you've got the woman doing way too much hand movement with her left arm, and next to no upper body movement, and nothing in her shoulders. You need to conscious of that as well and need to block it in to make both characters feel like they're 'alive'.
