There are too many cuts in here which makes it really hard to follow the action. Imaging cuts being something like blinks. Quick cuts like these are more suited for a fast action scene and less for a rather clam dialogue like this.

Maybe lose a cut or two from the beginning, its a bit disorienting as it is. One establishing shot with the 3 other characters together should be enough to tell the audience whats going on.
