I really wanted to at least see the guy's mustache moving when he talked, even if we didn't actually see his mouth. It would have been a nice, simple touch! This is a really nice start to something that could be pretty good, but it feels more like a storyboard to me than a finished animation piece.

I love this 2D animation, it's smooth and the character designs are great! With a bit more time and polishing you could have made something very professional.
