I would add a few more eye blinks and reduce the motion of the non speaking character so that it doesn't pull attention from the viewer. Otherwise, some really solid stuff here with the motions and timing.

Looks great! I think the eyes of the Blue-shirt person could be lower to match the angle of looking at the one in Pink
