The lip sync at the beginning is really off - it gets better with "eight schools". The child is animated rather well, and lip synced well, too. The camera moves appear well placed to me as well.

Fluid, natural movements. Nice job.

Hard to feel any emotion from the characters. They feel like puppets rather than living things. Attention to little details and timing and adding fluid subtle motions can improve that.
