The mouth doesn't sync to the words to well on the second half.

Lip sync needs quite a bit of polishing.

Make sure there isn't any isolated movement in your animation. Example of this is at the end when the head moves but the body doesn't. Certain areas...the elbows pop. I would cushion the movement of the arm from 165 to 167.
