A bit floaty and the posing could be stronger. Keep on learning by animating!

Hi there.
When I was first starting out, no one ever
took the time to say anything on my shots.

I can't give you constructive feedback here,
as your work seems to lack an overall
understanding of the principles of animation.

However, I emplore you to seek out these
books, and began your studies.

"Character Animation Crash Course"-Eric Goldberg
"Acting for Animators"- Revised Edition
"How to Cheat in Maya 2012/2014"-Lutha Roy

There are many more, but these will get you
started. Best of luck on your journey!

Everything looks smooth and the lip sync look alright. I would however fix a couple things.
1. Turn the hip controls up a little so that the legs don't cut through the body.
2. The camera is too close. Your character is moving out of frame at times.
3. The eye brows feel too stiff. You need to push the facial poses more.
4. Take a look at the right knee. His legs is constantly moving slowly.
5. You should also rework the ending pose. It looks completely symmetrical.
6. This is just a polish thing but the right hand could use a little bit more work. It just need some more poses and small movements.

Aaron Clement

A bit linear. Nice ending... love the shoulder shrug.

Karthik

in 173 his hand gesture is more aligned what he is about to say(i.e"not knowing") that what he is saying(i.e"better off").

Richard Clark

Too straight to camera...makes the poses uninteresting.
