This is my first entry for the 11 second club competition, it is for my class assignment and to have fun.

Dalton Krajewski
The motions need a lot of smoothing and refinement. Mainly the male character's head movements. Maybe there are a few too many keyframes there that need to be taken out so the motions transition into one another more seamlessly. Additionally, with the wireframe on the faces, the expressions and mouth movements are very difficult to make out. I think turning that display off would help the animation quite a bit.

What is happening with his legs in the beginning? lol. If you are going to submit the playblast, atleast in this case you could have removed the wireframe on shaded.

Work on your poses and silhouettes before u go in splining. Shooting a reference video of urself acting will always help.

Way too much jerkiness, and the wireframe on the green face is really distracting
