The acting is very clever and the poses look great--however the timing needs some work. A lot of the poses seem to be hit at even intervals, so some variation in their spacing would improve the rhythm of the animation overall. The mouth as well seems out of sync in the beginning--though it does synchronize towards the middle and stray slightly again towards the end. Overall the animation has a lot of appeal and could be even more terrific with a few adjustments!
