animation seems "floaty", adding more in between might help, good performance by the way

The acting is very well done! The back seems a bit rigid though, and a lot of the poses seem to stop abruptly, so more follow-through with them would make things look a lot more organic :) A different camera angle that would allow for better visibility of the face would also help.
