your characters speech is not in sync with the audio

This is looking real nice! There is a little popping in the arms and elbows, possibly from switching between FK/IK? There are nice arcs and settling poses. his attention appears to shift from one part of the room to the other. In the beginning the character he's talking to appears to be off to his right, but when he continues and finishes his attention is more toward the camera. It might be good to find that focus and adjust his line of sight accordingly.

The first few frames it's difficult to tell who he's talking to. Also, the chair and hand move in jerky fashion, and he stops moving entirely at the end
