animation looks alright but you needed to show the mouth more

The movements are too jerky and understated. The lipsynch needs polish. I think the biggest problem is that ponies can't emote as expressively as humans can.

The blue pony's animation is quite well done, but the purple/pink one seems very stiff and rigid throughout. Some more body movement and more exaggerated/asymmetrical lip-syncing would greatly improve the entire animation (although the mouth movements could just be a fault of the rig--I can't say for sure).
