shoulder movements still feel stepped or linear, and the body language is very reflective of her attitude, a good boby mechanic will support dialoge without the mouth even moving

I like your idea of the plane being her castle on the clouds as she is bullying the passenger. Thumbs up from me. Good one! However several of her mouth shapes (example: frames 168, 271) give me an "uncanny valley" feeling with this rig. I'm unsure what she's thinking/feeling as I can't read her expression.
