you should keep the same head's size. it looks weird.

You need to maintain the volume of the head thought the animation.

It's a good start! I appreciate the time it took to do tracebacks, too. Right now it would improve the overall audience experience some if you zoomed in a little more and maybe didn't have the staging be so center-center. By moving the action slightly off center, you'll have a more appealing composition. I also couldn't quite tell if you had a camera move towards the end, or if the proportions just got smaller by accident. A simple background could help that, or a more pronounced truck-out. Anyway, really clean start, hope to see more entries from you in the future! :)

Is she suppose to be aging? If so, it's very subtle and I didn't notice it until I started it up again and saw the difference between the last and first frame. If not, there's definitely a change in her body going on that you might have missed if you did straight ahead animation.

Settle on the character design and try to keep the character looking the same throughout. Easier said than done thoough, because that is what you have to master in hand drawn animation if you don't use cut outs or puppets.
Look at your first and last frame. It is two completely different girls and a thinner teddy.
